Philip Chan (Dip in Social Work, Hong Kong Polytechnic, B Soc Sc, CUHK, M Arts, CUHK) is currently a Broad Member of CADL. Retired civil servant (Administrative Officer Grade). He served as the Deputy Secretary for Food and Health (Food) and the Director, Sales of First-hand. Residential Properties Authority before he retired. He has served in the church as the Sunday Class teacher for over 20 years. He is in love with tennis and music.
