Project Change is launched by Citizen Action Design Limited, a Section 88-approved charitable organisation, and does not receive funding or grants from the government. The estimated cost to provide services for a youth is approximately HK$25,000 – 35,000 per year. Enrollment in our service is free of charge. We sincerely hope you will support this meaningful cause.
