Raymond is a start-up founder and social entrepreneur. Focusing on Hong Kong and ASEAN markets, his smart farming technology is addressing the global issue on green produce safety and regular supply in the urban.
Currently sitting in Trade & Industry Advisory Board of HKSAR Government, Consumer Council and BUD Fund Project Management Committee, he focuses on identifying overseas market opportunities for SMEs, smart city development and regional economic collaboration initiatives for Hong Kong.
Raymond has been participating in politics and public affairs. He was the former President of HKU Students’ Union (2003) as well as the member of HKU Council and Senate (2003-2004). He was also a former Co-Convenor of the Path of Democracy (2016–2019), a centrist local political think-tank, where he represented the organization to run 2016 HKSAR Legislative Council Election (New Territories East Constituency). Raymond is also a guest host and commentator of several radio programmes on current affairs. He has been a member of Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) Programme Advisory Panel since 2018.
